FedEx Express (FedEx), (a subsidiary of FedEx Corp – NYSE: FDX), has just inaugurated a new flight to upgrade intercontinental delivery services between Vietnam and Asian, Middle East, and African markets. (AMEA) and Europe, helping to shorten goods transportation time.
From October 31, 2023, 4 evening flights per week from Ho Chi Minh City using specialized Boeing 767 cargo aircraft will come into operation, to connect Asia and Europe through the Hub. FedEx Asia-Pacific in Guangzhou, China.
Thus, export shipments from the South Vietnam region to major markets in Asia will shorten the shipping time to only one day, and to Europe will only take two working days.
These new flights provide additional capacity in addition to the five existing flights to Asia, Europe and the United States including four morning flights per day via the FedEx South Pacific Hub in Singapore and one current evening flight over the Asia Pacific hub.
Manufacturing centers in Southeast Asia are increasingly diversifying and growing larger to increase the quality of goods and services.
Multilateral Free Trade Agreements such as CPTPP and RCEP are increasingly facilitating closer relationships, turning this region into an important trade partner.
